LinfoModellante® Body Contouring

Manual Body Sculpting & Contouring in Beverly Hills

  • 60–90 min
  • from $250
  • Protocols of 4 or 8

What is manual body sculpting?

Manual body sculpting is hands-only contouring work, with no devices involved. We use LinfoModellante®, a European method created in Italy by Manuela Shala that combines lymphatic stimulation, tissue remodeling, manual skin tightening and targeted work on dense tissue. Elizaveta trained in the method directly with its creator.

How a Session Works

Therapist in gloves applying a contouring preparation to the legs before a LinfoModellante® legs session

Who It’s For

  • Shape Maintenance

Anyone maintaining a shape they’ve worked hard for

  • Manual Technique

Clients who want manual work rather than a machine treatment

  • Post-Weight-Loss

Anyone after weight loss looking to work on tissue and contour

  • Cellulite Appearance

Clients with the appearance of cellulite

  • Tissue Firmness

Clients concerned with tissue quality and firmness

  • Definition

Anyone wanting improved definition through the legs or abdomen

Step by Step
  1. Photos at the start of your protocol, in the same light and from the same angle.
  2. Manual drainage, tissue remodeling and tightening on one target area: legs, abdomen or face.
  3. 90 minutes for the body, 60 minutes for Divine Face®.
  4. A protocol of 4 or 8 sessions, typically over six weeks, with photos again at the end.
What to Expect?
One session will not change your body, and we won’t pretend otherwise. This is protocol work — typically six weeks. You’ll be photographed at the start and at the end, in the same light, from the same angle, so you can judge it honestly for yourself. Most clients see and feel change early. The durable result comes from finishing the protocol.
Who Should Skip It
Speak with a physician first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have an active infection, blood clots or an acute skin condition, and tell us before booking.

CASE 01

Came In With

Fluid retention around the waist and hips and a soft, puffy look to the tissue that didn't change with exercise alone.

Left With

A firmer, smoother contour through the waist and hips. Clothes fit differently, and the shape holds between sessions.

Non-Invasive Body Contouring Without Machines

Most body contouring in Beverly Hills is device-based: cold, heat, ultrasound or muscle stimulation. Manual body sculpting is different — no devices and no needles, only hands working the tissue with drainage, remodeling and manual tightening over a protocol of 4 or 8 sessions.

It doesn't remove fat cells. It works on how the tissue looks and feels: firmness, smoothness and definition through the legs or abdomen.

Manual Body Sculpting vs Liposuction and CoolSculpting

They aren't competitors: many clients use manual sculpting to maintain results after a procedure, or before deciding whether they need one. If what you want is fewer fat cells, that is a question for a plastic surgeon or a medical spa; we'll tell you honestly at your consultation.

Body Sculpting Massage vs Wood Therapy

Wood therapy (maderotherapy) uses wooden tools — rollers, cups and paddles — to work the tissue. LinfoModellante® is entirely manual: the specialist reads the tissue with her hands and adjusts pressure zone by zone. If you prefer a tool-based session, body rollers are our mechanical option; for targeted contouring we use hands.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Eliza isn't just a great person she is great what she does! Her caring personality pours into her work with making customized sessions with every client she has come in. My first time coming in I was kind of nervous since it was my first time doing lymphatic drainage she made me feel very comfortable and I communicated to her what I was working on for my health.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

She is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know you and your body, and really goes all out to make sure your results are what you are looking for. She is knowledgeable about what different types of bloat look like and what / where you are storing it means. Every time I go is a treat and I really enjoy the care, genuine connection, and service I receive!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

I love and am obsessed with this place. Literally came twice from Hawaii and extended a layover just to come here. The health benefits of real lymphatic drain is insane but the amount of detail and physical strength that Eliza puts in is unlike others. I love how she tailors the treatment to what I need, not necessarily what I want. I’ve never felt more snatched than now.

My lymphatic sessions with Elisa are simply my favorite treatments to have in LA. She has such an ability to make you feel taken care of, and she is both knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate that she’s always making it her mission to learn more and more, and she is truly a master of her work. The results speak for themselves!

Post-Op Lymphatic Massage

I came to Elisa a 7-month postpartum, felt exhausted, swollen, and disconnected from her body. We embarked on a 12-session sculpting transformation program, which resulted in a weight loss of over 22 pounds. However, the most significant transformation was the rekindling of my sense of self…it felt like a therapeutic journey, providing a sense of calm, healing, and profound transformation. Elizaveta’s unique energy permeates her space, creating a cozy atmosphere.

I had such a great experience here! I came in for a lymphatic drainage massage and left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. Elisa was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The space is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and pay attention to every detail. I noticed a difference in how my body felt right away, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Body Roller Massage

Such an amazing experience! I tried the roller massage, compression therapy and steam sauna in a private room and absolutely loved it. As a professional athlete, my muscles tend to hold a lot of tension and get extremely tight, so recovery is a big part of my routine. I was genuinely impressed by how much better my body felt afterward. It really helped release muscle tension, relax my body and support recovery. The whole experience felt private, relaxing, and incredibly effective. Definitely something I’ll be coming back for!

[ FAQ ]

Manual Body Sculpting: Questions, Answered

How much does manual body sculpting cost?

A 90-minute LinfoModellante® session for the legs or the abdomen is $300, and Divine Face® (60 minutes) is $250. A protocol of 4 sessions is $1,080 and the full protocol of 8 is $2,040.

How do booking and cancellation work?

A $50 deposit secures your appointment and goes toward the price of your session. With 48 hours' notice or more you can reschedule once. With less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the service price is charged; with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, 100%. Full details are in our Studio Policies.

Does it hurt?

It’s firmer than lymphatic drainage, particularly on dense tissue. It should be comfortable — we adjust pressure to you, not the other way around.

How many sessions do I need?

A protocol is typically six weeks. We’ll give you the exact structure at your consultation.

Is this a machine treatment?

No. LinfoModellante® is entirely manual — hands, not devices. That’s the point of it.

Is it the same as CoolSculpting or Emsculpt?

No. Those are device treatments. Manual body sculpting is done entirely by hand: drainage, remodeling and tightening of the tissue over a protocol, rather than freezing fat or stimulating muscle with a machine.

What is Divine Face®?

The facial protocol of the same method — manual drainage and modeling for the face and neck, designed to define features and restore freshness.

Will it remove cellulite?

It can improve the appearance of cellulite, and for many clients noticeably. Nothing removes cellulite permanently, and anyone claiming otherwise isn’t being straight with you.

How is it different from a regular massage?

A regular massage relaxes tissue. This method works on it — combining drainage, remodeling and manual tightening in one protocol, with a specific anatomical target each session.

Is manual body sculpting an alternative to liposuction?

Not for removing fat: it doesn't remove fat cells. It improves how the tissue looks and feels, and many clients use it before deciding on a procedure or to maintain results after one.
