For surgeons & care coordinators
Post-Op Lymphatic Care for Plastic Surgery Patients
LIMFAERA provides hands-only post-op lymphatic massage in Beverly Hills for patients after liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck, breast and facial procedures. We start only after your clearance, follow your written aftercare instructions, and never contradict a surgical plan.
- After surgeon's clearance only
- 90 min $250 · 2 h $300
- Studio or at home in LA

How We Work With Your Practice
1. Your clearance first
Patients book once you have cleared them for lymphatic massage. Timing varies by procedure and by surgeon, and we follow yours.
2. Your written plan
Patients bring your aftercare instructions and their compression garment to the first visit. The schedule is built around them.
3. Gentle, hands-only work
Very light manual lymphatic drainage, 90 minutes or 2 hours, adjusted to the stage of healing.
4. Back to you when in doubt
If something looks or feels wrong — signs of infection, a fever, unusual pain, firmness or fluid — we stop and send the patient back to you.
5. Communication
With the patient's consent, we're happy to keep your office informed about the session schedule and anything the patient reports.
6. Studio or home
Sessions take place at 400 S Beverly Dr or, for patients who can't travel yet, at home across Los Angeles for an extra travel fee.
Procedures We See Most Often
- Liposuction and 360° liposuction
- BBL
- Tummy tuck / abdominoplasty and mommy makeover
- Breast augmentation, reduction or lift
- Facial procedures
- Postpartum recovery / C-section, with the obstetrician's clearance
What Your Patients Can Expect
- A check-in against your written instructions: procedure, date, drains, incisions and the garment schedule.
- Very light, hands-only strokes that route fluid around incisions toward working lymph nodes. Post-op sessions use no cavitation, radiofrequency or vacuum devices.
- Pressure and session length adjusted to the stage of healing, with the garment back on before the patient leaves.
- Home visits in the first days, when travel is hard, then sessions at the studio.
Signs We Refer Back to You
We stop the session and send the patient to your office if we see fever, spreading redness or warmth, increasing pain, new or one-sided swelling, unusual drainage, or firm, tender areas that are getting worse. Calf pain or swelling, chest pain or shortness of breath are treated as an emergency: the patient is told to call 911.
What We Don't Do
LIMFAERA provides non-medical wellness and body care. We don't diagnose, drain seromas, remove sutures, change dressings or treat lymphedema. Patients with diagnosed lymphedema should see a certified lymphedema therapist.
About the Specialist
Sessions are led by Elizaveta, founder of LIMFAERA. Her core training (Moscow, 2018) covered classical, lymphatic drainage and post-operative massage; she has since trained in the European lymphatic method and fascia therapy. Patient information: post-op lymphatic massage.

For Surgeons: Questions, Answered
When can patients start post-op lymphatic massage?
When you clear them. It varies by procedure and by surgeon; we build the schedule around your written instructions.
Can you see patients at home?
Yes. Post-op sessions are available as mobile sessions across Los Angeles, with a travel fee on top of the session price.
How do we refer a patient?
Call (424) 901-3160 or email the studio. Patients can also book online directly once you've cleared them.
What do patients need to bring?
Your written aftercare instructions, their compression garment and any foam or boards you prescribed. The schedule is built around them.
Do you contradict surgical aftercare plans?
Never. If a patient's question goes beyond our scope, or anything looks or feels wrong, we ask them to check with you before we continue.
How much does a post-op session cost the patient?
$250 for 90 minutes and $300 for 2 hours. A $50 deposit secures each appointment.
Do you use devices on post-op patients?
No. Post-op sessions are hands-only: no cavitation, radiofrequency or vacuum on post-surgical tissue.
Do you see patients after facial surgery?
Yes, once you clear them: very light lymphatic work on the face and neck, following your instructions on timing and areas to avoid.
