Body Rollers

Body Roller Massage in Beverly Hills

  • 45 min
  • from $50
  • Packages of 4 and 12

What is body roller massage?

Body roller massage is a 45-minute session on a professional roller machine that guides your body through 15 full-body positions. Mechanical rolling works the tissue to support circulation, muscle recovery and skin tone, and complements manual contouring work.

Who It’s For

  • New to Body Work

Anyone new to body work and unsure where to start

  • Recovery

Clients who train and want support with recovery

  • Fluid Retention

Anyone with fluid retention or heaviness

  • Maintenance

Clients maintaining contouring results between manual sessions

  • Quick Sessions

Anyone who wants regular body work without a 90-minute commitment

How the Treatment Works
You move through 15 guided positions on the roller across 45 minutes. Each position targets a different area — legs, glutes, abdomen, back, arms — with mechanical rolling that works the tissue and stimulates circulation. No preparation, no undressing beyond comfortable clothing, no downtime afterwards.
What to Expect?
Most clients leave feeling lighter and looser. An energising, rhythmic 45 minutes. Body Rollers work best as a regular habit rather than a one-off — which is why most clients move onto a package.
Who Should Skip It
Speak with a physician first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a heart condition, blood clots or an acute injury, and tell us before booking.

Body Roller Massage Before and After

Body Roller + Professional Red Light

10 sessions over 5 weeks. Less bloating, a steadier waistline.

CASE 01

Came In With

Complained of bloating and heaviness through the midsection by the end of the day. The underlying problem — fluid retention that built up daily and never fully eased overnight.

Left With

The bloating and evening heaviness are gone. The fluid buildup has stopped, and the waistline now holds its shape.

Body Roller vs Endospheres Therapy

Endospheres is a branded device: a practitioner moves a handpiece with rotating spheres over the body to deliver compressive micro-vibration. A body roller session is different — you move through 15 guided positions on a roller machine over 45 minutes. Both are mechanical and non-invasive; body rollers start at $50 a session and work best as a regular habit.

Body Roller for Cellulite

Rolling works the tissue and supports circulation, and some clients notice smoother-looking skin over a regular course. Nothing removes cellulite permanently. For a more targeted approach, combine rollers with manual body sculpting or a hot herbal body wrap.

What Our Clients Say

Alise V.

Body Roller Massage

Such an amazing experience! I tried the roller massage, compression therapy and steam sauna in a private room and absolutely loved it. As a professional athlete, my muscles tend to hold a lot of tension and get extremely tight, so recovery is a big part of my routine. I was genuinely impressed by how much better my body felt afterward. It really helped release muscle tension, relax my body and support recovery. The whole experience felt private, relaxing, and incredibly effective. Definitely something I’ll be coming back for!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Eliza isn't just a great person she is great what she does! Her caring personality pours into her work with making customized sessions with every client she has come in. My first time coming in I was kind of nervous since it was my first time doing lymphatic drainage she made me feel very comfortable and I communicated to her what I was working on for my health.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

She is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know you and your body, and really goes all out to make sure your results are what you are looking for. She is knowledgeable about what different types of bloat look like and what / where you are storing it means. Every time I go is a treat and I really enjoy the care, genuine connection, and service I receive!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

I love and am obsessed with this place. Literally came twice from Hawaii and extended a layover just to come here. The health benefits of real lymphatic drain is insane but the amount of detail and physical strength that Eliza puts in is unlike others. I love how she tailors the treatment to what I need, not necessarily what I want. I’ve never felt more snatched than now.

My lymphatic sessions with Elisa are simply my favorite treatments to have in LA. She has such an ability to make you feel taken care of, and she is both knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate that she’s always making it her mission to learn more and more, and she is truly a master of her work. The results speak for themselves!

Post-Op Lymphatic Massage

I came to Elisa a 7-month postpartum, felt exhausted, swollen, and disconnected from her body. We embarked on a 12-session sculpting transformation program, which resulted in a weight loss of over 22 pounds. However, the most significant transformation was the rekindling of my sense of self…it felt like a therapeutic journey, providing a sense of calm, healing, and profound transformation. Elizaveta’s unique energy permeates her space, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Elisa was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The space is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and pay attention to every detail. I noticed a difference in how my body felt right away, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Body Roller Massage: Questions, Answered

How much is a body roller session?

A 45-minute session is $50, or $70 with Professional Red Light. A package of 4 is $175 and a package of 12 is $500. Private room sessions that pair rollers with the herbal steam sauna or pressotherapy start at $95.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Most people, but not all. If you’re pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a heart condition, blood clots, or an acute injury, speak with a physician first and tell us before booking.

How often should I come?

Two to three times a week is where most clients see the best results. That’s why the packages exist.

What do I wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing. Nothing to change into, nothing to remove.

How do booking and cancellation work?

A $50 deposit secures your appointment and goes toward the price of your session. With 48 hours' notice or more you can reschedule once. With less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the service price is charged; with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, 100%. Full details are in our Studio Policies.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Yes — and it’s actually best used that way. Combine Body Rollers with something that works the tissue further, like the Herbal Steam Sauna to sweat and relax, or a Body Wrap to finish the session. In the Private Wellness Room you can combine it with the Herbal Steam Sauna and Pressotherapy — see the private options above.

Is it a workout?

Not exactly — the machine does the work. But it’s active, and most clients feel it.
