I tried what everyone tries. Diets that worked for three weeks. Trainers who talked about discipline. Treatments that promised transformation and delivered an afternoon of feeling nice.
196 pounds. Swollen ankles by two in the afternoon. Rings that only fit in the morning. A body that felt like it was holding on to everything and giving nothing back. Then I had my first lymphatic session.
Let me be honest with you, because most of this industry won't be: that session did not make me lose weight. Lymphatic work doesn't burn fat, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
What it gave me was the first real evidence that my body could still respond.
The heaviness lifted. The swelling went down. For the first time in years, my body felt like it was working with me instead of against me. The weight came off over the years that followed, through consistency, education, and a great deal of patience. But lymphatic care was the door. It was where the momentum started.

LIMFAERA is a lymphatic drainage and body sculpting studio in Beverly Hills. Lymphatic drainage massage, manual body sculpting, post-op lymphatic massage, herbal body wraps and a herbal steam sauna — under one roof, in one plan, with one specialist who knows your body.

Manual technique, Moscow, 2018
A licensed training center: classical, lymphatic drainage, post-operative, anti-cellulite, apparatus and restorative massage. Also trained at the School of Massage Masters, Moscow.
European lymphatic method
Continued training in the European lymphatic method, fascia therapy, body physiology and advanced contouring through specialized academies.
LinfoModellante® Method
Trained in Los Angeles with Manuela Shala, the Italian creator of the method — the basis of our manual body sculpting and Divine Face®.
STYX Naturcosmetic
Body wrap protocols of the Austrian natural cosmetics house, used in our herbal body wraps.

Cosmetology training that informs how we work with skin and the face.
Post-operative care
Post-operative massage is part of her core training; post-op sessions start only with the surgeon's clearance.
How LIMFAERA Is Different
Manual, European technique
Hands first. Our lymphatic drainage is the slow European approach; our body sculpting is the hands-only LinfoModellante® method.
Honest about results
Lymphatic work doesn't burn fat or "detox" you, and we say so. We give a specific number of sessions at your consultation, not a package pushed at the door.
Combined in one visit
Treatments can be combined in one session, with no gaps between them — for example body rollers, herbal steam sauna and pressotherapy in our private room.
Works with your doctor
We provide non-medical wellness and body care. After surgery we follow your surgeon's written plan and never contradict it.

How to Choose a Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Lymphatic drainage is offered by massage therapists, estheticians, nurses and physical therapists, and the training behind the same name varies a lot. Whoever you book, these questions are worth asking:
- Which method? Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder-based), European lymphatic drainage and Brazilian lymphatic drainage differ in pressure, pace and goal. A good therapist can explain the difference in a sentence.
- Post-op experience? After surgery, the therapist should start only with your surgeon's clearance, follow the written aftercare plan and know when to send you back.
- Credentials in California? There is no separate state license for lymphatic drainage. Massage professionals may hold CAMTC certification, estheticians are licensed by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, and lymphedema is treated by certified lymphedema therapists as part of medical care.
- Honest about results? Be careful with anyone who promises inches, pounds or a “detox” from lymphatic work alone.

Who will do my session at LIMFAERA?
Sessions are led by Elizaveta, the founder. She sees every client from the first consultation and builds the plan herself.
What is the LinfoModellante® Method?
A hands-only body contouring method created in Italy by Manuela Shala. It combines lymphatic stimulation with manual modeling of the tissue. It is the basis of our manual body sculpting and of Divine Face®.
Was LIMFAERA previously called PRIMEA?
Some older reviews mention PRIMEA. LIMFAERA is the studio brand of PrimeAesthetician Inc., at the same address and with the same specialist.
Where did Elizaveta train?
At a licensed training center in Moscow in 2018 (classical, lymphatic drainage, post-operative, anti-cellulite and restorative massage), then in the European lymphatic method and fascia therapy, and in the LinfoModellante® Method with its creator, Manuela Shala.
Do you treat lymphedema?
No. Diagnosed lymphedema should be treated by a certified lymphedema therapist as part of medical care. We provide wellness lymphatic drainage and post-op sessions with the surgeon's clearance.
