Side Effects and Who Should Skip It
Side effects are uncommon and usually mild: temporary warmth or redness of the skin. Don't look directly into the light. Skip it, or ask your doctor first, if you are pregnant, have epilepsy triggered by light, a light-sensitive condition, active or past skin cancer in the area, or take photosensitizing medication such as isotretinoin or some antibiotics.
Questions about your own body? Book a session or a consultation and we'll talk it through.
