Postpartum Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Many of our clients come after pregnancy, including C-section recovery, for swelling, heaviness and to feel at home in their body again. We start once your doctor has cleared you for massage, adjust positions to what is comfortable, and can come to your home anywhere in Los Angeles.
After a C-section we treat recovery like any other surgery: written clearance first, and no work over the incision until it has healed. Read more on post-op lymphatic massage.
Questions about your own body? Book a session or a consultation and we'll talk it through.
